Rebuilding a Player Piano

Jim,  If you are like me when I started rebuilding (hobby), you will
spend 90% of your time reading and getting opinions, then planning out
your actions, making jigs, and clamps, etc.  That is my experience.
Do it right.  Keep on keeping on.  It'll get done.
