Warped Piano Plate

Thanks to Jon Page for his excellent suggestions on how to fix the
defect in the piano plate.  This is actually more of a build-up of iron
than a warp, but the diagnosis is the same.

I'll bet there are more pianos with this condition than what we would
like to believe.  It might have been 'acceptable' when it left the
factory new, but over the course of 90 years the downbearing decreased
and the strings began to pull out on the bridge pins.  It's still a
good piano with great potential.
