Deodorizing a Dead Animal Odor

Sodium bicarbonate sprinkled liberally over the affected parts is
wonderful for removing all sorts of odours.  It works especially well
with stale and fungal smells.  I have been fortunate enough not to have
to deal with dead animal smells.

Or you could use ozone.  :-)
