"Santa's Marching Band" is available once again at stores that sell the
Mr. Christmas musical novelties.  The web page description says:

  "Re-introduction of our classic all-time best seller.  Five figures
   strike 10 tuned bells to play 15 Christmas songs in four part
   harmony.  This set can be hung on a tree or displayed on a mantel."

It's much like "Mickey's Marching Band" except that Santa's band plays
only 10 bells, whereas Mickey's band plays 12 bells.  Otherwise they
are essentially similar.  (I presume that the license for Mickey Mouse
and the other Disney characters was limited to only one season.)
