Wurlitzer 153 organ.  It requires skill to restore but you have that if
you are building an organ from scratch.  You would end up with a fairly
original organ (chests, stops, pipes etc.) at an affordable price.

I had intended to build/restore the organ but I have too many projects
and not enough time .
