Regina Chime Clock

We just inherited a Regina chime clock like the one described at the
MMD Archives. It is missing the pendulum and the wire that trips the
chime inside the base of the clock. The serial number is 8100063.

Do you know of a place to get the parts? Also, the bells are full of
dust and sound a little dull. Any recommendations? Thanks for any
help!
