The archives and literature quote using "Carter's" rubber cement and
to be careful using other brands since they tend to harden.

I have not found any Carter's brand.  Does someone have a source or
do they know of a different brand that doesn't harden?

Staples has rubber cement by Elmer's.  Others stores have nondescript
brands...
