Hand Punches for Music Rolls
By Matthew Caulfield

Bob Stewart asks in today's MMD about a hand punch for "A" rolls.
Bob Streicher used to make and sell for a few dollars a spring-loaded
hand punch that he would machine for almost any hole size you specify.

I'm not sure these are still available. Bob had difficulty in finding
a supplier for the basic tool he was using on which to build the roll
punch. Therefore I protect mine like it was made of gold.

Look in the MMD subject archives under "Streicher" to get more
information on these punches and also to get Bob's latest P.O. address
and phone number. Both have changed in the last year or so.
