Hi, a few years ago I had contact via phone with a MAPSA clerk.
It was (is?) a very small company (2 or 3 people) and they had
problems in speaking English or German.  Best is to write in French.

I did a search in the on-line Swiss phone book.  The address should
be okay, but there was a note that the fax number is disconnected.
