Visiting The Great Dorset Steam Fair
By Susan Robinson

Hi Glenn, We attended the Dorset Steam Fair for the first time and
absolutely loved it. We were there for two days but I can wholeheartedly
recommend staying as long as possible. There is so much to see and hear
that the time just flies by.

We stayed at a small B&B called Middle Farm House; it wasn't too far away
-- the owners rode their bicycles to and from the fair. Their rates were
reasonable too. Good food, good people. See

Since there were five of us, we rented a car, but if you find a room the
owners may be able to give you some transportation ideas. We flew into
Heathrow and rented a car from Avis there at the airport.

I would love to attend the Fair again (and this year the MBSI convention
is being held the week before in England, so this is a great year to
visit). Unfortunately, we cannot attend this year but will most
definitely go back.

Kind Regards,
Susan Robinson
