Roll Player Unit on Yamaha Electone Organ

Does anybody any experience with rebuilding the plastic valves used
in the player unit on a late 1970's Yamaha Electone E-50 organ?
Or are they even rebuildable?

The valves are small, clear-plastic barrel-shaped units, epoxied
together. It is hard to tell, but it looks like the pouches are made
of latex or some rubber material that splits with age. The barrel
shaped valves have a little guide [pin] which sticks out the top to
push an electronic contact or micro-switch.

The player unit seems to be a professionally installed after-market
device. It is a fairly well designed player except for the valves,
which look like they were not designed to be rebuilt. The whole unit,
except for the suction motor, is mounted on the back of the organ and
the spoolbox sits on top of the organ.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Ryan Meldahl
