Cleaning Wood
By Eliyahu Shahar

I received a correction that I will gratefully pass on. Grease can
thin out with acetone and seep into the wood pores, causing a problem
when it comes time to finish. Mineral spirits, although slow in
drying, will wash out the grease and act as a degreaser.

Thanks to Howard Jensen, Custom Furniture and Finishing Corp., for
the correction.
