Organ Enthusiasts' Day, Stowmarket, 2 Oct 2005
By Kevin McElhone

The annual end-of-season Organ Enthusiasts' Day will take place next
Sunday, 2nd October, at Cotton Mechanical Music Museum, Blacksmiths
Road, Bacton near Stowmarket, Suffolk. (See last years posting for
more details.) It is open from 10 A.M. until 5 P.M. Come early --
several hundred people usually attend.

The cinema organ will be played during the day, also the large
fair organs within the museum collection. There will also be visiting
hand-turned street organs inside the museum and larger trailer-mounted
fair organs playing in the grounds. There is also the museum shop,
and refreshments are served all day.

I will, as usual, be having a sales stall there and I look forward
to meeting old friends and making new ones. If there is anything you
particularly need let me know and I will bring it for you if I have it.
