Rebuilding a Player Piano Keyboard
By Don Teach

In old uprights the side to side play in a key should be corrected
by rebushing the keys. Turning the guide pins is short-lived quick
fix that was often used. The center key bushing is probably worn out,
as are the front rail bushings, and turning the front keyrail pin is
a waste of time.
