Source of Reeds and Shallots
By Matthew Caulfield

Doyle Lane <pianoman@vermontel.net> acquired a large quantity of
reeds and shallots for band organ pipes when he bought the late
Ralph Tussing's (T.R.T. Manufacturing Co.) inventory in 1975.
I believe that most of what Doyle acquired was original Wurlitzer
factory material.

It would be worth emailing Doyle, who lives in Middletown, Vermont,
to see what he has still in stock. I don't imagine there has been
a big demand for reeds, although I understand there has been for
roll frame parts and that sort of thing.
