Gasoline Engine for Band Organ

Hello Todd.  I have a Fairbanks-Morse 1919 6-horsepower gas engine
that is throttle-governed, as were many engines from that era.

Actually, though, the hit-miss engines would maintain quite a constant
speed on a non-varying, or nearly constant load, as a band organ would
be.
