Seek Blower for Caliola Residence Organ
By Vic Searle

Dear MMD'ers, I've been asked to build a 44-note wooden pipe Caliola
(hand-played, no roll frame) and I'm trying to find a tiny _silent_
blower because this will go into a residence.

I checked Laukhuff and their cheapest Ventola is $800 plus packing
and shipping! I've not been able to get any reply from Meidinger and
I wonder if anyone knows where I can get one less expensive. I once
had one from Player Piano Co. for a band organ; it was noisy but that
wasn't noticed when the organ was playing full blast.

Also, can someone give me an e-mail address for Justin Matters? I like
his DE pipe valve magnets, but have been out of touch with him for over
15 years. I wonder if he is still in business. Thanks for any
information you can give me.
