Book "The Pianolist" by Gustave Kobbe

I've scanned onto my web site Gustave Kobbe's 1908 book all about
playing the pianola.  Chapter one and two are available in their
entirety.  To access go to my web site and click on the "texts" link.
I've linked in a few MIDI files of the pieces mentioned in the text
so when you get to them you can click and listen to what music he was
talking about.  Further installments will follow over the next few weeks
in addition to the Ernest Newman book started off the other week a link
