As part of my next book I am compiling a chart of Manivelle Disc
Musical boxes.  I need to know

  Make
  Diameter of disc
  Serial number
  any special features

and, most importantly of all,  How many turns of the handle to play
one revolution of the disc?

I could also do with knowing serial numbers of _any_ other boxes;
the response to me last request a few weeks ago has been minimal.
I need this information in the next three months.
