New England Foliage in the Fall

Jerry, tell your friend that the peak varies depending on the year
(temperature, rainfall, etc.), but very late September to mid-October
is usually the best time, depending on how far north he's going.  Sorry
it's so vague, but Mother Nature sets her own time.
