New England Foliage in the Fall
By Karl Ellison

I have made an annual scenic trip from the Boston area across
Massachusetts at foliage peak-time each year. To calculate peak time I
rely on The Weather Channel and its website that posts a Foliage page
starting in September.

Start at http://www.weather.com/maps/activity/fallfoliage/ and select
the area of interest. I usually bookmark the page I want, check it each
week, then make my plans accordingly. Note the map is inactive now,
but will become active sometime in early September.
