Frohestund Regina Questions
By Dave Bowers

[ Ref. 070923 MMDigest ]

Dear Claudine, The Musical Box Society International has a complete
listing of all serial numbers used by Regina, from 4000 upward for
their music boxes. If you let them know what your serial is, they will
be able to identify the model in which the movement was housed at the
time they shipped from the factory. See http://www.mbsi.org/mart.php

The "und" ending on your word might be Scandinavian, but I haven't
checked. You might try the word on Google.

Best wishes,
Dave Bowers

[ "The plate on the front reads Frohestund, so that may be the original
[ maker, but all the discs included are Regina Music Box Company discs."
 [
[ The German phrase "Frohe Stunde" means something like "Happy Hour".
