Composer of March "Durch die Nacht ins Licht"

Hello Matthew,  "Durch die Nacht ins Licht" is a somewhat queer
translation of the Latin "per aspera ad astra", and there is
a somewhat well-known march of that title by a composer called
Ernst Urbach.  Some information about him can be found at
