I just want to say thank you to Craig Smith.  He always astounds me
with his very practical suggestions for resolving restoration problems.
I've known Craig for many years and I can assure you that he is a do-er
and not just a talker.  He is a creative problem solver and his own
restorations speak volumes to his skill and ingenuity. So thank you,
Craig, for your many contributions to MMD over the years.
