For Sale: An extremely rare Mermod Freres Interchangeable Musical Box
with exquisite carving to the front, top and sides of the musical box.

This box in "tiger oak" is of the Ideal Soprano style with four
interchangeable cylinders.  This box is one of five (5) produced for
a Mermod Freres Exhibition held in New York.  The carving is very
artistic and graceful throughout and the box is in exceptional original
condition.

The other four examples include one donated by the Roehl's to the MBSI,
two in Texas, and one in Vermont.  Full documentation is available on
