Totally easy with Excel: customize your criteria -- roll numbers,
titles, composers, etc. -- then create 'list' (make sure your version
of Excel is current enough).  Your workbook will then have fully
operational drop-down lists heading each row, including all kinds of
filtering capabilities.  Quick, cheap and dirty!
