I have an Empress, Concert Grand, Lyon & Healy, Chicago, with the last
patent date of April 25, 1905.  This music box uses the 15.5 inch metal
discs.  In researching this music box, I found that this company also
had a cabinet that was manufactured to fit this music box.  The cabinet
that was depicted in the "Encyclopedia of Automatic Musical Instruments"
also showed slots in the cabinet for the discs to be stored.

I am requesting information regarding the purchase of such a cabinet,
either original or new manufacture.  Also, the main spring is broken
and I request the names of any companies that can either repair and/or
supply me with this spring.  Thank you for your cooperation in these
request.
