Charles Wasson asks for square casters for his grand piano.  These are
available from Heckscher as part no. 91d.  These have a tapered square
cup of 50 mm, although the catalogue doesn't state whether this is the
inside or outside dimension.  Heckscher are available at

An alternative, if the piano is to be moved regularly, would be to fit
a Grand Trolley Frame, as used in concert halls.  Heckscher also sell
these but it would be cheaper to obtain this in the USA due to the high
carriage cost from GB for such a large item.
