Source of Musical Box Movements

Dear music box folk, I'm out of my element here, as I'm a player
restorer.  I'm looking for a musical box movement, ideally with
the tune from the movie, "The Christmas Box", or something similar.
I have no clue where to begin.  If I Google it, I get a zillion hits
with no guidance.  Any advice?  Thanks, and Happy New Year to all.
