Recordings of Tel-Electric Player System
By Mike Roseboom

Eric York wanted to know if there are any recordings of a Tel-Electric
out there. Bellm's Cars and Music of Yesterday in Sarasota, Florida,
issued a set of recordings in the 1970's that were titled "The Greatest
Music Show on Earth". These consisted of three LP's.

The first LP, Volume A, includes a Tel-Electric connected to a Chickering
upright playing "El Capitan." The expression controls aren't utilized,
but it gives you an idea of how it sounds. I'm not sure if these
records are still being produced (I purchased my copies in the early
1990's). You might be able to acquire a used copy somewhere.
