Roll-Operated Player Pipe Organ Census
By Daniel D. Tenerowicz

Regarding the Woodward home in LeRoy, New York. There was a
three-manual console at the end of the ballroom (near the dining room)
facing into the ballroom. The console was painted white and had rocker
tablets. We did some re-leathering of the console switches back in the
1990s. The instrument did play and was even used for a couple of
Christmas parties at the house.

The former Provincial was quite fond of that Aeolian and was embarking
on some minor repairs and maintenance. I did hear rumors that the new
Provincial of the Mercedarian Fathers saw no future use for the instrument
and was looking into selling the instrument. Whether the instrument is
still intact or not, I cannot say.
