"Triumphant Lindbergh" (March) on YouTube
By Burl Updyke

Hello all -- I have uploaded a video to YouTube featuring my
home-built Wurlitzer style 105+ playing a song from an early roll
entitled, "Triumphant Lindberg March".

Attachment thumbnail This is my first attempt to include some old photos that may add interest concerning the history of the song. A Google search turned up nothing about the tune itself or its composer. If you have any information, please contact me. Comments of course are welcome. Regards, Burl Updyke Pennsylvania [ Better search returns will result when the famous aviator's [ name is spelled correctly -- Lindbergh, with 'h'. A list [ of 241 works credited to Harry J. Lincoln is presented at [ http://www.grainger.de/music/composers/wv_lincolnh.html and [ "Perfessor" Bill Edwards' research on Lincoln is offered at [ http://www.perfessorbill.com/comps/hlincoln.shtml [ -- Editor (Robbie)
