Value of Push-up Piano Player
By Don Teach

The value in a push-up player attachment that has the 88 fingers
would depend on what you think it's worth. I have only heard of three
of those units in my years of collecting. They have large striking
pneumatics but they play great. I would guess most people today would
put a low price on one of those units. The only one I have seen for
sale was priced at $2500, unrestored, about 15 years ago.

Today's market is all over the place, depending on who you talk with,
but the figures just came out in a trade magazine showing that piano
sales in 2010 were dismal.
