Adam Carroll Interview at AMICA Web Site

I don't know about the CD, but the AMICA society has the text of
a rather long interview with Adam Carroll that was printed in
several 1988 AMICA Bulletins:

I believe it is also contained, along with other personal interviews,
in "The Ampico Reproducing Piano" edited by Richard Howe.
