Bending a Warped Piano Key
By John Dewey

In answer to John Phillips request [120525 MMDigest]. If the
troublesome keys are not rubbing on their neighbors I would be slow
to consider warping them to make the capstans line up as this might
cause them to rub. I would consider adjusting and perhaps traveling
the sticker flange so that the sticker lines up with the capstan.

You could also consider removing the capstan, plugging the hole and
drilling a new capstan screw hole to make the capstan line up better.
Or perhaps a combination of all of these.
