[ Ref. 120623 MMDigest, Seek Scale Stick for 88-note Piano Roll ]

To make a scale stick for my organ, I just printed it up with Excel.
I made underlines between the cells for the holes, and printed the
notes on the next column.  Then, when printing it out on cardstock,
I just played around with the magnification in 1% increments until
I got it the right length.  Email me if you want a copy to start from.
