I recently acquired two Octet UM0 MIDI cards that do not power up.
I understand that the company that made this is no longer in business.
I have a background in electronics but have not be able to troubleshoot
the cards.  All the shift registers are good.  There seems to be a
short in the power supply.  Does anyone have experience troubleshooting
and repairing these?  Thank you.
