Thanks to Julian Dyer for his work in identifying the universal
rolls of the "Moonlight Sonata" [121211 MMDigest].  I checked my roll
collection further and found I do indeed have the T80204 and T80206
rolls.  The roll number T80204 contains both the adagio _and_ the
allegretto; roll number T80206 contains the agitato.

In the USA, it is most likely that Duaine has the USA roll numbers
and not the British versions which I have.
