Force Fit Collars for Valves
By Tim Gautreaux

Hi, Force fit collars, after being pulled off their shaft, can be
put back on fairly snugly. Then they can be properly positioned
against the valve disk, and a tiny bit of "Krazy Glue" or "Loctite" can
be applied on the outside of the collars to secure them on the shaft.
I never had a problem with a collar moving out of position.
