Pouch Return Spring Force Calculation
By Ted Barnett

I want to use the information in the article by Johan Liljencrants,
"Force from a pouch," to calculate pouch return spring tension in
ounces: http://www.mmdigest.com/Tech/pouchforce.html

I tried to contact Johan through multiple emails and all are returned.
Does anyone have a current email? Or can someone else help me with
the calculations for the return spring?

This is for a Robert Morton chest where the pouch well diameter is
2 inches, well depth is 0.25 inches, and the pouch valve diameter is
1 inch. The wind pressure is 10 inches.

Thanks,
Ted Barnett
