I don't have any useful suggestions to add, but I wanted to answer
Tony Marsico's question yesterday about Johnny Maddox.  Johnny is
very much alive!  Until a few years ago, I believe he performed each
summer at the Diamond Belle Saloon in Durango, Colorado.  I had the
privilege of meeting Johnny in November in Washington, D.C., and
I found his conversation very engaging.
