Copies of this book within the mechanical music world are often quite
pricey.  A great source (though not necessarily fast) for rarer or
out-of-print books at good prices is http://www.abebooks.com/ 

It took the better part of a year, but I got my copy of the Kitner and
Reblitz book through them for about $15.  My search seems to have stayed
alive, as I occasionally get offers of another copy.  They aggregate
the inventories of independent used booksellers from around the world
and will eventually find you most anything.
