Does anyone have a drawing of the bottom part of an H.C. Bay upright
player?  The actual piano brand in Volmer.  I am restoring one and
I think some linkage is missing.  The piano was in bad shape when the
customer brought it to me and I have already had to make some parts.

The problem I am having is there is no control of the tempo.  It only
goes fast.  There are no connecting links to the governor from the
lever marked 'Tempo'.  I have the governor apart and there is no
connection to the control arm.  On this particular piano the linkage
goes to the left but once it gets to the bottom of the piano there is
no connection to the governor.
