I just finished the restoration of a Westinghouse motor-generator that
came from a Tel-Electric piano player.  The motor and generator share
the same shaft.  The motor is 1/4 HP, 1700 RPM, 104 volts AC.  The
generator outputs 14 volts DC, 7.15 amps.

This is probably the first time since the 1920s for it to operate.
It's actually very quiet running.  The mike on my camera really picked
up and amplified the sounds.  I would like to thank Lee Rothrock for
his guidance and advice once I got it up and running.

Unrelated to the motor generator,  I would also like to thank Don
Schank and Howard Jensen for their advice on finishing for a couple of
my woodworking projects (including the new wood base for a Welte roll
