Preston,  I have a similar record but mine has all the supporting
information on the back of the record jacket.  Here are pictures of
the front and the back.  I ran it through the OCR and then translated
the titles and they are mostly familiar pieces (Sabre Dance, Laura,
Flight of the Bumble Bee).  Mine was in German but it translates rather
clearly.  The back of the record is a somewhat blurry picture of a
Gavioli band organ.  Let me know if I can provide anything more.
