The program is very simple to operate and is written in Visual Basic.
It has a built-in MIDI list editor for creating play lists and the
ability to select the USB-to-MIDI output device when using Vista or
Windows 7.

This program is actually a spin off of the program that was developed
to control all the sound requirements (ride announcements, MIDIs for
the band organ and MP3 audio files for the loudspeaker system) at the
Kingsport Tennessee Carousel.
