Unknown Music Box and Tune Information
By Jack M. Conway

Hi Group, I have seen the help that MMD members have been giving on
music boxes and tune card information. I purchased a music box at
the MBSI Convention this summer. I don't know the manufacturer. The
only mark that I find is the rubber-stamped initials "G. J. G." on the
bottom of the case. It is a 6-tune with a 58-note comb. The number
stamped on the left end of the cylinder is 52255.

I am having difficulty reading the tune card. This is what I think it
says:

  1. Don Caesar March Dellinger William Tell Prayer Rossini
  2. William Tell, Prayer Rossini
  3. Martha, Marketchones Flotow
  4. Amarillas Air King of Ls XIII (the s has a dot under it)
  5. Patience. So go lo him Sullivan
  6. Mawam Angot Secocy

On the tune card under the tune titles is

  403
  I
  46639

Any information would be appreciated.
