When I wrote an article on the H. C. Bay Co. for the AMICA Bulletin
a while back, I discovered that Harry C. Bay had been president of
Chicago Piano Bench Co, prior to becoming a piano manufacturer.

I also ran across a Chicago Piano Co. advert that seems to feature
the bench Luke Meyers mentioned.  I've included the ad, and an image
of Harry C. Bay.
