[ Ref. Matthew Caulfield in 161117 MMDigest ]

I have just recently received some very melancholy news from
Matthew Caulfield that Dan Horenberger died.  He was the man who was
originally going to do maintenance on the Wurlitzer 146-A with bells
at Casino Pier in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, a place that I am
a notable VIP to and have recently worked there this previous summer
and hope to work there again when summer comes around once more.
