I have an old Player Piano Co., Inc., catalog that lists an assortment
of metal elbows including their No. 144 1/4-inch brass elbow.

They may still be available somewhere.  I don't know if they are still
in business, in a reduced form, since Durrell died, but someone might
have purchased their old stock.
